Double Murder in “OOG”: Maxamuud Xuseen Xaaji Cali & Maxamed Ismaaciil Cali Abokor
Maxamuud Xuseen Xaaji Cali and Maxamed Ismaaciil Cali Abokor, both citizens of Khatumo State have been shot at gun point by assailants who ambushed the Restaurant at which they were dining. This deliberate murder carried out on Nov.3rd. 2012 in the Somaliland town of “Oog”has shocked the Khatumo community who continue to be killed, tortured and illegally imprisoned by the Somaliland administration. Khatumo.net sends its condolences and prayers to the families of the victims and to all residents of Sool Sanaag and Cayn Regions.
Additional reports coming out of this story suggest that the victims were travelling to the city of Burco along with a pregnant mom who needed Caesarian operation_ a badly needed medical operation not available in Cayn region.
